Understanding of both Windows and Linux operating environments.
Ability to write and understand basic SQL queries.
Familiarity with any scripting language, preferably Python.
Experience with Windows and Linux command-line interfaces.
Basic knowledge of XML.
Hands-on experience with JIRA and GIT for issue tracking and version control.
Ability to follow complex and detailed technical instructions accurately.

Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of C/C++, with debugging experience using tools across platforms (e.g., Visual Studio, Solaris Studio, Eclipse).
Familiarity with SQL, Java, or C#.
Working knowledge of Solaris and Linux; medium to advanced expertise in Windows.
Knowledge of CORBA (Orbix), JMS (ActiveMQ), and Tomcat is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a customer-facing environment.
Responding to customer requests, including issue reports, product questions, and assistance needs.
Understanding and replicating reported technical issues in Finastra environments.
Performing technical investigations and root cause analysis to provide effective solutions or detailed reports to internal teams.
Keeping clients informed on progress and ensuring timely issue resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction and product quality.
Participating in client meetings (phone/WebEx) to improve communication and accelerate issue investigations.
Validating defect fixes by thoroughly testing described scenarios.
Assisting in building and providing simple scripts under guidance from senior engineers.
Writing clear technical specifications and documentation of best practices.
Escalating issues to Team Leaders and Managers when necessary.
1 – 3 years of relevant experience in compliance or related domains.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and a strong ethical mindset.
In-depth knowledge of PCI DSS, ISO standards, ISMS, QMS, and Incident Management.
Develop and maintain PCI DSS compliance programs and procedures.
Ensure secure handling of payment card data and compliance with PCI DSS standards.
Develop and manage compliance with RBI PA/PG regulations – including SAR PSS PAPG and SAR DL.
Ensure regular Board, IT Strategy, and IT Steering Committee meetings in line with RBI requirements.
Submit periodic compliance reports to RBI as per regulatory mandates.
Develop and maintain Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) to protect sensitive information and manage risk.
Implement security controls and conduct regular security assessments and audits.
Define and track compliance objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure program effectiveness.
Develop and execute an internal compliance communication plan across departments.
Establish clear incident escalation procedures using the RACI matrix.
Regularly update compliance policies, procedures, and standards for PCI DSS, ISO, ISMS, QMS, and Incident Management.
Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance issues.
Collaborate with other departments to understand and address regulatory impact.
Organize and lead training sessions and workshops to raise compliance awareness.
Ensure employees understand compliance policies and expectations.
