Qualification & Required Experience:

  • Report bugs and errors to the development team clearly and promptly

  • Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure stability

  • Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective test strategies and plans

  • Review and analyze system specifications to understand project requirements

  • Write automation test scripts based on specifications and requirements

  • Ensure all testing activities adhere to defined standards and procedures

  • Participate in issue triaging and troubleshooting across teams to identify root causes and drive resolution

Qualification & Required Experience:

  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in a relevant field

  • Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience

  • Perform reconciliation, research, and draft recommendations for review by project managers as part of standard procedures

  • Understand and work proactively towards achieving defined individual KPIs

  • Maintain a proactive follow-up approach to ensure timely approvals and successful project closures

DOOLA IS HIRING : FRONTEND ENGINEER


Qualification & Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of professional (non-internship) experience in frontend application development

  • At least 2 years of experience building web applications and shipping user-facing features using JavaScript and modern frameworks (e.g., React)

  • Proficient in:

    • React.js and Next.js

    • TypeScript

    • Component-based UI frameworks

  • Familiar with frontend architecture best practices including performance, security, and usability

  • Experience with GraphQL is a strong plus

  • Effective collaboration skills; able to work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers throughout the product life cycle

  • Flexible to work in EU or US time zones, with the ability to adjust working hours for team meetings and cross-time-zone collaboration

  • Experience with Node.js and AWS

  • Prior experience working in a startup environment or familiarity with startup dynamics

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain intuitive and robust UI components for customer dashboards and internal CRM systems

  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate concepts into responsive, high-performance interfaces

  • Integrate front-end applications with backend services using GraphQL

  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to enhance application speed and user experience

  • Write automated tests to ensure software reliability and maintainability

  • Maintain high coding standards, ensuring code is modular, well-documented, and thoroughly tested
